Direct Delivery Only guarantees that the package is delivered to the residential or commercial address you provide. This service prevents recipients from redirecting packages and prevents our drivers from redirecting deliveries when recipients are not home, which includes UPS Access Points.
Direct Delivery Only shipments do not require a signature for delivery, so unless you choose to request such a delivery service for the shipment, these packages are eligible for Driver Release or Letter Box Release where available.
Packages that cannot be delivered immediately will be returned to the sender.
